| Highlands Soccer in State Semi-Finals |

The Highlands girls soccer team defeated Bourbon County 1-0 this past week to advance to the Kentucky Girls State Semi-Finals this weekend. The 19-1-3 'Birds will play Ohio County (16-2-1) on Friday, November 3 at 8:00 PM. The semi-final games are being played at Toyota Stadium in Georgetown, KY. Should they win, they'll play in the Championship game vs the winner of LexCath and Sacred Heart on Sunday, which begins at 6:00 PM.
