| NKY Teams Head For State |

The Kentucky High School State Football Finals begin on Thursday and Northern Kentucky will be represented well with three teams playing for the Championship. Newport Central Catholic, Covington Catholic, and Ryle each won their semi-final game quite easily this past Friday, but the goal to win this weekend gets even harder as they'll face three very tough opponents.
1A State Finals

3A State Finals
CovCath (11-3) vs Bowling Green (13-1)
Game time - Friday 12/1/06 at 7:30 PM
4A State Finals
Ryle (12-2) vs Trinity Louisville (13-1)
Game time - Thursday 11/30/06 at 7:30 PM
