In the boys 10th Region tournament championship, Highlands defeated CovCath in double overtime 1-0. Evan Holladay scored the winning goal with 1:22 remaining in the second overtime keeping the Bluebirds soccer season alive.
For the 10th Region girls, Highlands will play Notre Dame in the championship game on Thursday, October 23. Highlands defeated Holy Cross 2-0 while Notre Dame defeated Brossart 3-1 to move on.
