| District Basketball One Week Away |

With only one week of regular NKY High School basketball left, teams are preparing for next week's District play. Here's a look at some of the boys' teams that are HOT and NOT SO HOT:
WHO'S HOT
Beechwood (18-4) - The Tigers have won 7 of their last 8 games.
Boone County (20-4) - The Rebels have won 7 straight including wins over Ryle, Holmes and Conner.
Highlands (18-6) - The Bluebirds have won 6 of their last 8 games including wins over Conner and Ryle.
Holmes (25-2) - The Bulldogs won 22 straight before losing to Boone County 45-38.
Scott (18-7) - The Eagles have won 4 straight and 5 of their last 6 games.
WHO'S NOT
Brossart (17-6) - The Mustangs have lost 3 of their last 5 games but did record a recent victory over St. Henry.
Conner (13-11) - The Cougars have lost 5 of their last 7 games.
Covington Catholic (7-17) - The Colonels have lost 4 of their last 5 games including a loss to Dixie.
Dixie (11-13) - The Colonels have lost 5 of their last 7 games including a loss to Lloyd.
Holy Cross (11-11) - The Indians have lost 5 straight.
BANK OF KENTUCKY CENTER - For not allowing local internet/radio/tv outlets to broadcast the 9th/10th Region Basketball Tournament.
We will have all the District brackets up once they are all complete.
