Week 6 for NKY Footbal
9/23/2010 - by NKS Editor HS Football Game of the Week
This week's video broadcast features Covington Catholic (3-2) at Newport Central Catholic (4-1). The Colonels have won 4 of the last 5 games against the Breds, and won last year's game 28-14. The broadcast for this game will begin at 7:00 P.M.

Boone County at Campbell County
Boone County (2-2) and Campbell County (1-3) begin District play this week looking to revive their slow seasons. The Rebels are coming off a big 55-0 loss to Highlands while the Camels are trying to stop their 3 game losing streak. This game could be one of the most competitive in NKY this weekend.

Ryle at Cooper
Cooper (2-2) begins their District play against Ryle (3-1) this weekend, and will test their ability to play against the more experienced team. The much improved Jaguars team beat up on Lloyd last week 63-7 but how much offense will they be able to muster against the Raiders defense, which has only allowed an average of 7 points per game during their 3 wins. Ryle defeated Dixie last week 20-7.
