The Thomas More Girls basketball team finds themselves as the best of the best. D3hoops.com released its weekly poll Monday which featured TMC as number 1 in the nation. The Saints received 15 of 23 first place votes. In Tuesday’s match up against Chatham University TMC lived up to the hype demolishing the Cougars 90-40. The Saints are averaging an impressive 67.2 points per game and wiith an 18-0 record the team looks unstoppable. This marks the first time in history that any athletic team at Thomas More has been ranked number 1 in the nation.
