The OMEGA Processing Game of the Week webcast this week features Bishop Brossart (5-0) at Ludlow (4-2). This should be a great Class 1A game to watch as both teams have been playing well. Last week the Mustangs defeated Nicholas County 27-20 while the Panthers lost to Williamsburg 23-14.
Both teams are led by their Quarterbacks this season. For Brossart, Senior Craig Pfefferman has rushed for 8 TD’s and thrown for 822 yards and 8 TD’s. For Ludlow, Sophomore Justin Blackburn has rushed for 659 yards and 8 TD’s and thrown for 826 yards and 8 TD’s. So it will be key for both teams to stop each other’s quarterbacks. Ludlow leads this series 5-2 and won last year by a score of 16-7.

Last week’s Game of the Week featured Highlands vs Simon Kenton. Dillon Powell was our OMEGA Processing Player of the Game as Simon Kenton defeated Highlands 42-3. Powell had 218 rush yards and 4 TD's to lead the Pioneers over the Bluebirds.

Conner at Lloyd
Conner (4-1) has won 3 straight close games against Scott, Dixie and NewCath. Last week they defeated NewCath 21-17. Lloyd is also 4-1 and has also won 3 straight over Grant County, Holmes, and Garrard County. Conner should be the stronger team tonight but don’t overlook the Juggernauts as they have some talent. Since 2005 Conner is 2-0 against Lloyd.
Dixie at Cooper
Dixie (1-4) has been improving the past few weeks but will have their hands full at Cooper (4-2) tonight. Dixie defeated Boone County last week 35-21 while Cooper beat LexCath 28-0. Since 2005 this series is tied at 2-2 and Dixie won last year 38-8.
