NKY High School Basketball Begins |
11/27/2006 - by NKS Editor |
While NKY High School Football is just about to end this Friday, some might not realize that the NKY basketball season begins this week. Fourteen Northern Kentucky teams will hit the hardwood on Tuesday as they prepare for another exciting season of High School basketball.
And who are the top teams to watch for? Holmes - They have several players returning from last year's squad and have the most talent in Northern Kentucky. CovCath - Are the defending 9th Region boys' champs and have a very good shot at repeating that feat again this year. Also, keep an eye out for Bishop Brossart, Simon Kenton, Holy Cross, and Ryle.
