							The Ryle Raiders trailed 6-3 going into their final inning at bat and rallied to defeat the CovCath Colonels 7-6.  The comeback was capped off by a walkoff single from Ryle right fielder Robert Layne.  Ryle started the seventh inning with their first four batters reaching base.  CovCath made a pitching change but Ryle followed that with 2 more hits and a sacrifice fly that was dropped by CovCath. 
 
Up next for Ryle is Somerset.  They will play in the Semi-State 5 on June 6 and 7 at St. Henry High School.  If a game three is needed it will be played June 8.
