Baseball Season Ends for Ryle |
6/14/2007 - by NKS Editor |
The Ryle Raiders were shut out 5-0 by the Shelby County Rockets in the Quarterfinals of the Kentucky State Baseball Tournament. Shelby County entered the game with a 18-15 record, but Rockets pitcher Lincoln Wagner pitched a great game against the Raiders. Wagner pitched a complete game, only gave up 2 hits and struck out 10 Raiders.
Congratulations to the Ryle baseball team for representing Northern Kentucky well in the Kentucky Baseball State Tournament.
