| Bellevue Beats Dayton Second Time Around |

Last month Dayton defeated Belleuve 35-8 thanks to six Bellevue turnovers. Tonight, the Tigers were ready for the Green Devils and went on to win at Dayton 20-13. Bellevue will play Beechwood next week as they won 47-12 over Ludlow.
In 2A action, Holy Cross and Lloyd went back and forth all night before Holy Cross scored with less than a minute left to win 32-30. The Indians will face NewCath next week as the Breds' defeated Newport 45-12.
In 5A action, Highlands scored early and often enroute to a 50-0 shutout over Scott. This setups up a game versus CovCath who defeated Dixie 24-7. CovCath had lost earlier in the year to Dixie but has improved throughout the season and will now meet up against the Bluebirds again. Highlands won earlier this season over CovCath 28-14. In 6A action, Boone County and Ryle both won big. The Rebels defeated Campbell County 45-13 while Ryle won over Simon Kenton 44-27 setting up a rematch between Boone County and Ryle next week. These two teams went into overtime three weeks ago with Boone winning 30-24. (NKY.com BROADCAST)
