| Big Week for High School Basketball |

Starting this Friday, the top 4 ranked boys basketball teams in the Kentucky Enquirer's Coaches' Poll will play several games against each other this upcoming week. Ranked #1 are the Holmes Bulldogs (12-1). Holmes crushed Beechwood 63-29 this past week and will now face their city rival, Holy Cross (5-6), on Friday. (NKY.com BROADCAST). Holmes will then play second ranked CovCath (11-3) on Tuesday.
Covington Catholic plays 4th ranked Boone County (13-2) this Friday. And then Boone County plays third ranked Highlands (10-1) next week. Highlands is coming off a big 53-52 road win over CovCath this past week. The Bluebirds will play Henry Clay this Friday.

Walton Verona at Simon Kenton
Brossart at Scott
Ryle at Conner
For the girls, the top 5 ranked teams in the KY Enquirer's Coaches' Poll are 1. Boone County (10-3) 2. Conner (12-0) 3. Simon Kenton (10-3) 4. Notre Dame (7-4) 5. Highlands (6-5).
Boone County defeated Notre Dame 61-44 this past week and plays Highlands on Monday. Conner defeated Notre Dame earlier this year and takes their undefeated season to Highlands on Saturday.
