 This week’s Game of the Week features the Simon Kenton Pioneers (2-3) vs. the Campbell County Camels (0-5). This game has also been selected by iHigh.com as the Kentucky National Guardsman Game of the Week.
The Pioneers comes into this game with back-to-back losses against NewCath and Ryle. The Camels are looking for their first win, last week they lost to Conner, 23-6. Simon Kenton has won the last 3 games against Campbell County, but look for a very hungry Camels team seeking their first win of the season.

Last week’s Republic Bank Games of the Week featured Brossart vs NewCath. In their first ever football match-up, NewCath controlled the game and went on to a 62-0 win. After each game, NKYSports.com selects a Player of the Game for each team and donates $25.00 to the school’s athletic department in the player’s name.
Brossart’s Player of the Game was Jesse Orth. NewCath’s Player of the Game was Brady Hightchew who accounted for 4 NewCath touchdowns, 1 running and 3 passing.
