NewCath (9th Region) and Bishop Brossart (10th Region) will represent NKY in the Kentucky State Baseball Tournament June 4-9 at Whitaker Bank Ballpark in Lexington, KY.
NewCath (24-16) repeats winning the 9th Region by defeating Highlands 3-1. Their next opponent in the 1st Round of the State Tournament will be Pleasure Ridge Park (29-11) on June 5 at 8:30 P.M. The Breds lost to PRP last year 10-4 in the Quarterfinals of last year's State Tournament.

Ryle is the only NKY team advancing to the Kentucky State Softball Tournament at Jack C. Fisher Park in Owensboro, KY. Ryle defeated Conner 2-1 in the 9th Region Championship. Walton Verona lost to Oldham Co 6-2 in the 8th Region Championship game.
