This week’s Game of the Week features the Henry Clay Blue Devils (4-6) vs. the Dixie Heights Colonels (3-7).
These two teams have a combined 7 wins for the year but this game should be one of the most competitive games played in NKY for the first round of the playoffs. Last week, the Blue Devils defeated Bryan Station 33-21 while the Colonels lost to Cooper 36-13. Both teams have also played Ryle this year with Henry Clay losing 28-20 and Dixie winning 15-14.
The Blue Devils are led by Elijah Bell who has rushed for 1,711 yards and 15 TD’s. The Colonels are led by Drew Moore who leads the team in rushing and passing. Moore has rushed for 589 yards and 8 TD’s to go along with 1,474 yards passing and 7 TD passes. We have no record of these 2 teams playing within the past 10 years.

Last week’s Game of the Week saw NewCath defeat Beechwood 34-14. Our Republic Bank Player of the Game was Senior LB Brady Thacker who recorded 13 tackles against the Tigers (7 solo) and also ran for a TD. You can see the Replay of the game below.
