Our Republic Bank Players of the Game for the Semfinals and Finals of the 9th Region All A Classic were Drew McDonald (NCC), Jasean Short (Newport), and Michael Bueter (NCC).
Sophmore Forward Drew McDonald was our Republic Bank Player of the Game as NCC defeated St. Henry 76-61 in game 1 of the 9th Region All A Classic Semifinals. McDonald led the Breds with 23 points.
Senior Guard Jasean Short was our Republic Bank Player of the Game as Newport defeated Holy Cross 55-54 in game 2 of the 9th Region All A Classic Semifinals. Short recorded 15 points and 8 rebounds, but most importantly hit the winning free throw with .4 seconds left for the win.
Senior Guard Michael Bueter was our Republic Bank Player of the Game as NewCath defeated Newport 61-54 to win the 9th Region All A Championship. Bueter scored 20 points to lead the Breds.
