Cooper (3-0) at Campbell County (2-1)
This should be a very good game to watch. Cooper’s defense has only allowed 9 points all year but will face a much better offense in Campbell County this week. The Jaguars defeated Boone County last week 31-6 and are led by Junior RB Torey Cordell-Armstrong and Senior QB Billy Prickett. Cordell-Armstrong leads NKY in rushing with 408 yards while Prickett has thrown for 365 yards and 5 TD’s.

Campbell County is led by Junior QB Carson Plessinger who leads NKY in rushing TD’s with 7. Plessinger has also rushed for 317 yards and thrown for 167 yards and 1 TD pass.

Overall, Campbell County is 4-2 against Cooper and won last year’s meeting 17-12.

Newport (1-1) at Scott (2-0)
Newport is much improved this year and had a big win over Walton-Verona 2 weeks ago. They are coming off a bye week to face Scott who won last week over Aiken 57-0.

Newport is led by Senior QB Paul Price who has 141 rush yards and 3 rush TD’s along with 218 pass yards and 2 pass TD’s. Scott is led by Junior RB Roberto London who has 224 rush yards and 3 rush TD’s.
